Tis the Season for TAMALES!

FINALLY !

  Once a year, around Christmas time my family has the amazing tradition to make TAMALES! Not any kind of Tamales....COSTA RICAN TAMALES! They are literally heaven on earth ! I've been looking forward for theses ALL year ! Ah, FINALLY !

Guess who got 1st place at the art show??

Honestly....how can anybody resist such amazing looking cookies?!

They're literary singing to my taste buds, but I resisted!

! SUCCESS !

It was a battle, thats for sure, a battle of self control!

I've made these cookies about a million and a half times for my cute adorable neighbors...BUT.... the cookies always somehow end up on the bottom of my dad's belly instead on my neighbor's kitchen counter!

So Ladies & Gents my goal for this week is to give my neighbors

these cookies !

Baby Steps

Yes indeed, this is the moment we have all been waiting for. My very first Blog Post.
To tell you the truth, my mind is absolutely blank when it comes to blogging, and all this technological social networking mambo-jumbo.  Hens the title of my first post: Baby Steps, because that obviously happens to be what I am currently doing. So please, I ask you...Bare with me  ! 


So, what exactly is a young naive 17 year old girl going to talk about in her blog? 


Well lets see, I've been getting tons of request for a fashion blog, so Fashion obviously is something that you'll be seeing around. 
Hmm...what else?! I'm the biggest Art Geek in the world, so art of course. 
What else, what else....Think garsh darnit!
Little bits of pieces of my life just to keep you up dated as I explore the world. Maybe some things about my Latin Culture, and how amazingly beautiful my country is, Viva Costa Rica! Yummy food, that I happen to taste. Priceless moments that I happen to come across on!? Who knows!?
Basicly, I'll just be posting anything that comes to my young curious mind !
